Moovingo provides estate agency services to individuals and businesses to facilitate property sales in Ireland. Moovingo is licensed with the PSRA, license number 003783.

Any recommended guide price for the Property provided to you as part of a valuation conducted by a Moovingo Agent in respect of the Property is based on data obtained from various sources including but not limited to Partner Sites and the Property Price Register. In addition, the valuation takes into account national and regional trends in the market. Ultimately, it will be your decision (as a Seller) as to the guide price at which you wish to market and sell your Property and you will be allowed to amend this by notifying your agent or Moovingo, at any time during the Marketing Period.
If you decide to instruct Moovingo for the sale of your Property and your Moovingo Agent receives consistent feedback from prospective Purchasers that suggests that the guide price of the Property is too high or the Property receives little interest from Purchasers, your Moovingo Agent will contact you to discuss a review of the guide price of the Property. Moovingo reserves the right to withdraw the viewings service provided by the Moovingo Agent, where in our sole discretion, we consider that it is unreasonable for the Moovingo Agent to continue to accompany viewings in consideration of the feedback received from prospective Purchasers.
Following the valuation conducted by the Moovingo Agent in relation to the Property, should you then wish to instruct Moovingo to sell the Property, you will need to order the Services via Our Site or over the telephone, speaking to a Moovingo team member. When you order the Services via Our Site or over the telephone, you must confirm that you accept these terms and conditions. Moovingo’s acceptance of your instruction is subject to receiving satisfactory verification of your identity and details of your Property as outlined by the PSRA.
PSRA Contract. Due to KYC (Know your customer) requirements, prior to advertising your property on the market we will require a proof of address (utility bill or similar) & a copy of a photo ID (passport, driving license). As we are bound by the PSRA, a formal contract known as a B1 agreement is drawn up & signed by a Moovingo Agent & the party selling their property. The B1 lists all the terms of agreement between Moovingo & you.
As a Seller, when you instruct Moovingo, you confirm that you do so with the knowledge, consent and agreement of each and all of the legal owners and occupiers and those who have an interest in the marketing and/or sale of the Property.
Moovingo reserves the right to cancel our agreement with you at any time. You will be entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid by you before the commencement of any services. Following the commencement of the Services, Moovingo may terminate our agreement with you at any time by writing to you.
If you are the Seller it will be your sole responsibility to conduct viewings for prospective Purchasers and Moovingo assumes no further responsibility in this respect unless you have elected to use the services of a Moovingo Agent to conduct viewings of your Property (as outlined in ‘Performance Package’). You should ensure that you record your availability accurately in your Moovingo account, our team are happy to show you how to update your availability.
As a Seller you are able to message your Moovingo Agent from your account and reply to messages from prospective Purchasers. As a Purchaser you are able to message a Seller(s) and reply to messages from Sellers.
'For Sale' Boards
As part of the Moovingo service, Moovingo will arrange for a ‘For Sale’ board provider to erect one 'For Sale’ board at the Property (unless the Property already has a 'For Sale’ board of any other estate agency). The 'For Sale’ board shall belong to Moovingo and we will arrange for the board to be collected at such time when the Property is withdrawn from the Market, or at the end of the agreed Marketing Period, whichever is the sooner.
If you are the Seller and would like your Moovingo Agent to conduct viewings at the Property you may purchase the Performance Package. It is your responsibility to provide sets of keys to your Moovingo Agent for all lockable doors and cupboards within the Property. You must ensure that your Moovingo Agent has access to the Property at the date and time of any arranged viewings. You must ensure that the Property is in a safe condition and prepared for any and all viewings.
You can review offers as they come in by logging into you Moovingo account. Our agents will work with you to negotiate offers.
Once Moovingo receives confirmation that an offer for the sale of the Property has been accepted and the Memorandum of Sale has been signed by both parties, we will automatically forward your details to the conveyancer or solicitor who you have instructed.
Description of Property and Photography
As part of the Moovingo service, your Moovingo Agent will compile the description, arrange for a professional photograph, create floor plans and other information and upload it to the Moovingo dashboard as part of the advertisement of your Property. You will have the opportunity to edit or suggest amendments to the description before it goes live to the market.
You are responsible for ensuring that all descriptions, photographs, floor plans and any other information relating to the Property are accurate, current and in no way misleading.
By electing to use this payment option, you agree to pay Moovingo in advance for the service selected. Payment can be made through the website or over the telephone with one of our Moovingo Central Property Managers, using a credit or debit card. Payments are processed by Moovingo’s nominated partner that may change time to time.
You may defer payment, this option is available to all potential sellers and it is decided by the selling agent assigned if you can avail of it. A fee will be paid through the deposit of the property been sold or at the end of the 12 month from when the PSRA contract was signed, whichever is sooner.
Any complaints about the Services must be made in writing and sent to Moovingo via email at knoc[email protected]. Any such complaints will be dealt with swiftly and professionally.
In the event that any complaint cannot be resolved with Moovingo directly, please be aware that Moovingo is registered with the PSRA which provides consumers with a free, impartial and independent alternative dispute resolution service.
